Historique du commandant

Contantin Raduu est né en 1921 au japon d'un père roumain, ingénieur travaillant pour la marine japonaise et d'une mère japonaise. Elève à l'Académie navale impériale du Japon, il termina dans les meilleurs de sa promotion et fût affecté, dès la déclaration de guerre le 7 décembre 1941, sur l'Izumo.
